Thank you for the opportunity to share SERF’s capabilities for Engineering, Manufacturing and Field Work we offer many industrial companies. We have been in business more than 35 years designing, manufacturing and installing piping systems, all types of custom process, mechanical conveying and steel systems for industrial plants.
We also manufacture, repair and alter pressure vessels for customers for many applications in the chemical, power, paper, plastics, textile and pharmaceutical industries.
We are an ASME authorized shop and hold the U, S and R stamps. Our plant and engineering offices are located in north Pensacola (Cantonment) Florida where we manufacture:

Pressure Vessels, Jacketed Reactors, Heat Exchangers, Evaporators, Process Skid Packages, Jacketed Alloy and Titanium Pipe Fabrications, Pneumatic Conveying components, Cyclones and Hoppers, Mechanical Conveyors and Steel Structures.

SERF is a licensed Engineering and a General and Mechanical contractor providing the installation of mechanical piping, repair of boilers and installation of equipment we manufacture for many industries such as chemical, paper, municipal, power and plastics throughout the southeast.

Specialized Engineering Services and Accident Reconstruction Construction, Lifting Cranes, Products Design and Analysis Qualifications

The company’s CEO and principal engineer Jack Sparks is a licensed Engineer in Florida and Alabama and a General and Mechanical Contractor in Florida and has been the firm’s principal engineer for mechanical, structural and component designs for more than 30 years. Dr. Sparks is a Certified Mobile Crane Inspector and trained in the operation of cranes for lifting. He has been the design engineer and repair engineer for lifting systems exceeding 1 million pounds capacity. He has analyzed buildings that collapsed from wind and construction errors for insurance and injury litigation. He has also analyzed many products, buildings and appliances for failures involving standards, manufacturing and design defects.

Accident Engineering, Computer Reconstruction and Animation Services

The firm’s services include reconstructing accidents for Vehicles, injury Biomechanics of Impact, Airbags and Seat Belts. Other vehicles include Cranes, forklifts, and Sports Crafts. Industrial accident reconstructions include scaffold structures, OSHA standards, industrial machinery, conveyors, explosions and fires.

The firm has reconstructed hundreds accidents involving auto and tractor trailer collisions, injury Biomechanics, air bags and sensor designs, dynamics of impact, airbag deployment and injury prevention and has provided engineering analysis of vehicle pedestrian impacts, rollover crush, floor pan intrusion during collisions and injury Biomechanics for high and low delta V for court presentations.
